• Is baby’s skin different from that of an adult?

• How can I prevent and cure diaper rash?

  Practically all babies suffer from this condition one day or another. Baby’s delicate skin, prolonged contact with dirty diapers, and teething can all contribute to the onset of diaper rash.
  The best way to prevent it is still by thoroughly cleaning the skin, i.e. regularly changing your baby’s diaper and giving a daily bath. Particular attention must be paid to cleaning, and also drying, your baby’s bottom. Klorane Bébé cleansing products will answer all your baby’s needs. A protective cream can also be applied to baby’s bottom to prevent skin rubbing against the diaper. Klorane Bébé Protective water-based paste for diaper changing is particularly suitable for this purpose. If, despite these precautions, a rash should develop, you can use Klorane Bébé Eryteal repair spray or Eryteal ointment. • What are the benefits of massage for my baby?

• Is cradle cap caused by poor hygiene?

  Prevention:
  Brush baby’s hair every day with a soft brush.
  Gently massage your baby’s scalp every day when you wash his hair (do not rub too hard, work the shampoo into a lather and rinse).
  Preferably use a gentle cradle cap prevention shampoo such as Klorane Bébé Protective baby shampoo.
  Treatment:
  Don’t attempt to remove cradle cap with the fingers.
  Apply a specifically formulated product to the scalp, such as Klorane Bébé Nourishing cream with cold cream, and leave it on overnight for optimal efficacy. Wash the next day using a gentle shampoo and rinse.

• Do I need to rinse baby cleansing products off with clean water?

  It all depends on what product you choose. Some products need to be rinsed after use, for example Klorane Bébé Protective cleansing milk, and others don’t, for example Klorane Bébé Cleansing water or Klorane Bébé No-rinse cleansing milk. They are all very effective, and the only difference is the manner in which they are formulated.

• How often should I bathe my baby?
